Where do we ship?

Currently we are only shipping to the United States (excluding APO/FPO, US Territories, Alaska and Hawaii)

 

When do orders ship?

New orders typically ship within 48 hours from the time the order is accepted. Flagpole orders may require additional time. Order processing and shipping is done Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

 

Shipping Rates*

Flags – Ground Parcel Shipping – Free

Residential Flagpoles – Ground Parcel Shipping - $75

Commercial Flagpoles – LTL Ground - $300 to $350*

*Estimated Rates. Additional handling may apply to some hard to reach areas.

 

Flagpole Shipping

Commercial grade flagpoles ship LTL and have their own shipping guidelines due to their size. Please refer to the Eder Catalogue for further details or email freightquotes@ederflag.com for flagpole shipping questions. 

 

Order Status

A tracking number will be emailed when a shipment is created. If further information is needed please email orders@ederflag.com.

 

Delivery

An adult must be present at the time off parcel or flag pole delivery. Please inspect your package within 48 hours of acceptance. Any damage or discrepancies must be signed damaged or refuse on the BOL with photos.

**Do not leave flagpoles sit out in the elements, store indoors if possible. Any moisture in a tubed or wrapped pole can cause stains**

 

Returns

Purchases made online have 30 days to return merchandise. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and are subject to a restocking fee. Contact orders@ederflag.com or 866-396-0069. Once authorized, ship your product to: 1000 W. Rawson Ave, Oak Creek, WI, 53154. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
